The objective is to identify existing technologies, supplier capabilities, and potential solutions for efficient and safe handling of railroad rails at BNs warehouse— with particular regard to the challenges posed by Nordic winter climates. A public procurement will be carried out based on the responses to this request. The subsequent contract will include, inter alia, installation, delivery, user and maintenance training, and approved test operation, with the delivery location at Hauerseter, Ullensaker Municipality, Norway.
